Full renovation of a 4 bedroom 3.5bath House in Palos Verdes. 
From Conception to Demo, we took it down to the studs, foundation reinforcement, new framing, upgrade all electrical, prep for solar, upgrade all plumbing, all windows and doors, insulation, drywall, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, cabinetry, counter tops, Laundry and storage. Vista Mesa | Great Room & Kitchen

KMC worked with an Architect, engineer and City to pull on necessary permits for a full renovation of the Kitchen, Diving, Main Living, family and Laundry room and construction of a new powder bathroom. Conception, Design, Demo down to studs. removed all interior walls to create a "Great Room"  Installed structural grade steel beam footings, fire place, new framing, upgrade, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, minor roofing, floors, cabinetry, counter tops, and custom front entry doors.
