1970/80s-Inspired Beach Bungalow | Full Design + Remodel

This century-old coastal bungalow was one of our favorite design and build collaborations — a true blend of restoration, creativity, and heart. The homeowners dreamed of a vintage-inspired beach retreat with authentic 1980s charm, and we were all in.

We took the home down to the studs, reworked the layout for flow and function, and upgraded all mechanical systems — HVAC, plumbing, and electrical — to bring this 100-year-old structure back to safe, lasting working condition for the next century.

Every design element was hand-selected: vintage fixtures, custom glass, and retro tilework that celebrate the past while feeling fresh and timeless. The kitchen and bath were fully redesigned, honoring the home’s soul while introducing modern craftsmanship and efficiency.
