We were brought onto this project to pull a permit, correct work that had not been completed to code by the previous contractor. The former provider was not officially licensed, which unfortunately led to compliance and safety concerns. Our role was to step in with integrity and bring the project up to proper standards, working within the remaining budget to complete as much as possible with care and accountability. Our focus has been on protecting the client’s investment while upholding building code requirements and best practices

Worked with City to pull on necessary permits for full renovation. Demo to studs, new framing, wood panel vaulted ceilings. electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, roofing, custom eves, interior and exterior finishing. More photos coming soon.
